Use of the aq555 platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. aq555 enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered players. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.

• You understand that aq555 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your aq555 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. aq555 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify aq555 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. aq555 may temporarily suspend your account pending an investigation into any suspected security breach.

• Account Verification (KYC): aq555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including national identification cards, passports, proof of address, and bank statements. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.
• Account Inactivity: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. aq555 may contact the registered mobile number or email address to notify the account holder. Inactive accounts with a balance exceeding ৳500 may be subject to an administrative fee after 24 months of inactivity.
• Account Suspension or Closure: aq555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe the account has been used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, for fraudulent activity, for money laundering, or where required by law.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request temporary account suspension or permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. See Section 8 (Responsible Gaming) for more details.
• Account Closure by User: You may request to close your aq555 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you following completion of KYC verification and provided no terms violations are under investigation.

aq555 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfers from major Bangladeshi financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• aq555 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, fees imposed by your payment provider (mobile wallet operator or bank) are beyond our control and will not be refunded.
• Deposits are typically credited to your aq555 account within 30 seconds for mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 6 to 48 hours for bank transfers.
• All deposits must originate from an account in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• aq555 reserves the right to reverse or cancel any deposit where we suspect fraudulent activity, duplicate transactions, or source-of-funds irregularities.

Withdrawal Policy:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be rejected.
• aq555 does not charge transaction fees on withdrawals below ৳100,000. Withdrawals exceeding ৳100,000 may be subject to a processing fee as disclosed at the time of withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 6 to 24 hours for fully verified accounts. Processing times may be longer for first-time withdrawals or where additional KYC verification is required.
• All withdrawals must be sent to a bank account or mobile wallet registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will be refused.
• Where a deposit was made via a specific payment method, aq555 may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method unless exceptional circumstances apply.
• aq555 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of deposit source, bank statements, and government-issued identification.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to wagering requirements as outlined in Section 5 (Bonuses and Promotions). Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if withdrawal is attempted.

aq555 implements anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with international standards. Unusual transaction patterns, rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles without wagering, or large transactions inconsistent with your stated source of funds may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures and result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending investigation.

aq555 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless otherwise specified in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to registered players who have completed KYC verification. One bonus per person, per household, per IP address, per device. Multiple accounts created to abuse bonuses will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount before bonus funds can be withdrawn). • Restricted Games: Certain games may be excluded from bonus play or contribute 0% to wagering requirements. These restrictions are disclosed in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus Cancellation: Players may cancel an active bonus at any time by contacting support. Cancellation of a bonus will result in forfeiture of the bonus funds and any winnings generated from those funds. Your original deposit remains in your account.
• Bonus Abuse: aq555 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to close accounts, where we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, coordinated play with other users, betting on opposite outcomes, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other activity that violates the spirit of the promotion.

aq555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms do not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited to player accounts.

All bets placed on the aq555 platform are governed by the following rules in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not valid until confirmed by the aq555 system and a bet confirmation appears in your account history. aq555 reserves the right to refuse any bet at any time without providing a reason.
• Bet Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or event. aq555 uses reputable third-party data providers to source official results. Where no official result is available, aq555's determination is final.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in certain circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, late bets placed after the event outcome was known, or where the integrity of the event is compromised. Void bets are refunded to the player's account.
• Pricing Errors: Where aq555 identifies an obvious error in odds offered (e.g., decimal odds of 1000.00 offered on a heavily favored outcome), we reserve the right to void affected bets or settle them at corrected odds. Disputes arising from pricing errors are resolved at aq555's sole discretion.
• Maximum Winnings: aq555 imposes maximum winning limits on certain bet types. Sports bets have a maximum payout of ৳5,000,000 per bet slip. Casino games maximum wins vary by game and are disclosed in each game's paytable. These limits may be adjusted at aq555's discretion.
• Live Betting Delays: Live in-play betting is offered with a time delay to account for broadcast latency. Bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event component is already determined (late bets) will be voided.
• Result Disputes: Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised with aq555 support within 7 days of the bet settlement. Disputes raised after 7 days will not be considered. aq555's decision on all bet settlement disputes is final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aq555 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and potential legal action:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identity documents, manipulating game software, exploiting software bugs, or any other form of fraudulent activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, sharing account information, or engaging in any form of team play in games intended for individual players.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person, using accounts in other people's names, or operating accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Money Laundering: Using the aq555 platform to launder funds, deposit funds from illegal sources, or engage in transactions designed to conceal the source or destination of funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes through your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with aq555 support.
